Cottage Cheese Donut

 Typical Hungarian Pastry! Delicious and easy to make! :)

Ingredients:

1 cup cottage cheese / farmers cheese
2 eggs
0,5 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
2  spoon icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
Half juice of lemon

Mix the eggs with the cheese.

Add the vanilla...

..the salt...

...the baking powder...

...the icing sugar...

...and the flour. I put little bit more flour, because I have a really thin dough!

 Heat the oil and put the dough with teaspoon. When they turn gold brown we take out to paper towel that the oil dripping.
We eat with Cinnamon-Sour Cream. 

Ingredients: 

4 spoon sour cream
Half juice of lemon
Pinch of cinnamon
1-2 spoon icing sugar

 We mix all together and taste. You can put more sugar when you like!
