This is my dinner today!
Now I show how I made!!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 slice of Bell Pepper (I use green today)
1/4 cut red onion
salt and black pepper
I cut 2 slices from the pepper. |
Pour some olive oil in a hot, non-stick pan and put the peppers in! |
Add the onions. |
And fill with the eggs. 1 egg in 1 pepper! |
I'm wait when the egg white is ready. |
I don't like when the yolk is liquid so I turn them and fry fully. |
I serve some cherry tomato and some fresh red onion! Healthy and good for dinner and breakfast too! |
