Ingredients:
1 lb Pork loin cut into srtips1 lb fresh Mushroom
1 Tomato
1 sweet Pepper
2 spoon Corn Starch
3-4 spoon Sour Cream (as you like)
Spices:
1 spoon ground Paprika
0,5 spoon Black Pepper
0,5 spoon granulated Garlic
1-1 pinch ground of Cumin and Nutmeg
Salt as you like
1,5 cup water
1 big pinch of fresh Parsley
I put the pork in non-stick pan with little Olive Oil, and add the garlic and the black pepper. |
Fry the meat when they're golden brown and put another bowl. |
Put the fresh mushrooms to the pan. |
Fry them with a little bit of salt! The salt helps to the fast steaming! |
10 minutes later I add the tomato and pepper. Mix together. |
I mix the starch with sour cream, cumin, nutmeg and water. |
Add the starch mixture to the mushroom and boil! |
Add the parsley. |
Put back the pork and boil together 10 minutes! |
I served with rice and I sprinkle with some parsley. |
You can eat with Pasta, Rice, or Fries! Delicious and filling! :)
