Roasted Chicken in Brasov Style with Fries

 Traditional Hungarian meal. Our family make very often! We very love it!Easy to make and delicious!

Ingredients:

2 big chicken breasts
0,5 chopped white onion
1 cup peas
big pinch of parsley
Spices:
Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Garlic

Fry the onion in a little bit of oil.
Put the chicken and roast.
When the chicken cooked, put the spices, add some water ( what cover it) and add the peas.
Cook together when the peas are ready.
Sprinkle the meat with fresh parsley and eat boiled or fried potatoes!

 This is my husband's lunch. He's very love the fries, so I made that for him!
