Preparation: 20 minutes
Cook: 2,5 hours
Ingredients:
3 chicken breast filletSalt, Black Pepper, Ground Nutmeg
3 eggs
2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoon flour
4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 cup steamed rice
| Sprinkle the bottom of the pan with cheese. |
| Rolled the salty and peppery chicken slices into flour and put to one layer in the pan. |
| Mix the cream and the eggs. |
| Pour the half of the mixture into the chicken. |
| Sprinkle with cheese. |
| Do this process one time again and sprinkle gently the top with nutmeg and put some butter pieces. |
| Cover with aluminium foil and put in the oven to 380 °F and cook to 2 hours. |
| After the 2 hours take off the foil. |
| I put some more cheese (it's optional) and fry more 20-30 minutes. |
| This is the final looking, the cheese turns golden brown! :) |
