Fried EIggs with Onion in Pepper


When I saw this recipe in the internet I say: "Okay I try this!!" Simple and healthy!!
This is my dinner today!









Now I show how I made!!

Ingredients:


2 eggs
2 slice of  Bell Pepper (I use green today)
1/4 cut red onion
salt and black pepper


I cut 2 slices from the pepper.

Pour some olive oil in a hot, non-stick pan and put the peppers in!
Add the onions.
And fill with the eggs.
1 egg in 1 pepper!
I'm wait when the egg white is ready.
I don't like when the yolk is liquid so I turn them and fry fully.
I serve some cherry tomato and some fresh red onion!
Healthy and good for dinner and breakfast too!

Cauliflower Gratin and Bechamel Sauce - Gluten free!!!

I love the cauliflower, I love the cheese and I love the Bechamel Sauce. So this is my favorite side dish! You can eat with meat, with fish or just itself! And you can made from a lot of veggies what you like!
This is the first time, when I made meal with gluten free flour and I love it. Now I make from brown rice flour, but I will like to use for cakes some almond flour. I hope I can bake some gluten free bread too, because I'm on diet. I'm not eat sugar and flour.
Very fast and delicious! Now I show, how I made! :)

Bachamel Ingredients:

3 teaspoon butter
2 teaspoon brown rice flour (you can make from normal all-purpose flour, the portion is the same)
1 cup Lactose free milk
1 pinches of salt, black pepper and ground nutmeg

1 pound of Cauliflower

I cooked the cauliflower in salty water. I like when it's fully cooked!
I sprayed a pan with olive oil and put the flowers!
Melt the butter in a saucepan!
Put the flour to the butter and fry 1 minutes.
Add the milk and stir together (easily with egg-beater).
Add the spices and mix!
Cover the flowers.
Cover all of the veggies!
Sprinkle with cheese and put some small piece of butter.
Somebody sprinkle with some breadcrumbs, but I don't like to eat!

 Turn the oven to the broil program and grill when it's golden brown!

Chestnut Cake

This is our favorite cake. Our family always made at Christmas. very creamy, very fluffy and absolutely delicious!
It's a cake without baking! Simple to make so I hope you like it! 

Ingredients:

1,5 cup of Milk
6 1/2 cup Jello Vanilla Pudding (I use cook pudding but the origin is good too)
0,5 liter / 16 oz Whipping Cream

3 cup of Sweet Crackers ( I use Animal crackers because it's good for the cake)
1 cup of Chestnut Purée (I order on Amazon, because I can't buy in the stores)
1 or 2 teaspoon of Rum Extract
1 or 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 spoon of Corn Syrup

1 packet of Ladyfingers or thin layer of Sponge Cake

I cooked the pudding with 1,5 cup of milk and I put aside to cool.
Whipped the cream and put in the fridge.
I make the base: I grind the crackers with a food processor. Very noisy!
This is the chestnut what I ordered! It's just water and nut so easy to made!
Add the purée to the crackers...
...put the rum or rum extract....
...put the Vanilla...
...and the corn syrup and mix with the processor! You will have a very hard base, so I put 1 spoon of milk and this is the right consistency. Put the fridge or push to the bottom of the pan where you like to make the cake.
You can use cake form, square pan or you can make in small cookie rings. It's your choice!
Now we make the cream! It's very simple. Sometimes I like to put to spongecake. Easy and good!
I mix the whipped cream with the cool pudding.
If you want to be sweeter put some powdered sugar!
This is the beautiful fluffy cream!

 Now we make the layers!

The first is the chestnut-cracker mix. I push to the bottom of the form!
Put one layer of cream.
I spin the ladyfingers in a little milk and put to the cream!
When you make with sponge cake you shouldn't use milk!
And the fourth layer - cream again!
Or when you leave some whipped cream (you mix just the half of the w. cream with the pudding), you can put that to the top!
I made in a cookie ring and it's not pretty!
But when you made in a pan it's easier to serve and it's look so good! :)
 Put to the fridge minimum one night! You can serve with fruits or nuts but it's good without decorate too.

Garlicky Pork Steak and "Bread with Spicy Lard"

It's a traditional Hungarian preparation to the meat but I think we use the garlic every place in the world! Very simple but very delicious! You can eat with a lot of salad or Fries, Mashed Potato, Rice, etc. As you like! :)
The second meal what I made from the pork is the "Bread with Spicy Lard".
We say "beer nuts", because in the pubs you can buy some and eat to your alcohol! Or when you drink a lot, the fat is absorb the alcohol! :)

Ingredients:

3,3 lb Pork Steak
1 whole head of garlic
Salt, Black pepper

1 lb lard
Bread or Baguette
Red onion
Paprika

Preheat the oven to 400°F!!

I wash the meat and put to a big pan, where they don't overlap each other.
Mash the garlic...
...and spread the meats.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
And cover the pan thoroughly with aluminium foil!
 Put into the oven to 2 hours! When the time is over check the meat: when friable put back to the oven and broil when it's brown!

I'm not wait too much, this is my roasted garlicky pork steak!
I found this block of lard in the Kroger. It's so funny because the worker don't know that they have animal fat! :)
She said, I can found some veggie fat in the baking products!
Okay! We go to the baking line and we found this block. So I'm happy! :)
I cut the lard to the hot meat and wait when the fat is melt.
I cut some meat to a plastic bowl (I use one-time use plastic bowl, because I don't like washing the fatty bowl!)
and fill with the melted lard.
Put a side and wait when it's hard.
Store in the fridge!

I cut the baguette, spread with the meaty lard, sprinkle with some paprika and serve with thinly sliced red onion!
For the meat I made some Potato with Parsley.
(Boil the potato and mix with olive oil, salt and a lot of parsley!!)

Oatmeal-Cherry Pie

I very love the oatmeal cookies and cakes. You couldn't eat too much from them! :D
I have got some beautiful cherries in my fridge and I search recipes. I found some original recipes as Cherry Sponge Cake or Cherry Pie but today it's too simple to me! You know I like to make and create new meals and desserts. When I found a new recipe I like to make some modification on them!
But today I use my creations! :) About a month ago I made some oatmeal-chocolate chips cookies and they are absolutely delicious. Not too sweet. I don't like the very sweet desserts!
So I make a dough as like the cookies. My next idea is the Black Forest Cake cherry filling. It's look like jelly. But I don't pull the time, I show you how I made!! :)

Ingredients:

3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon lime skin
0,5 lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 spoon Corn Starch
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cup cherry without seed

1 1/3 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup + 1 spoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter (lukewarm)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

I make the syrup: Put the sugar, the water, the lime skin, lemon juice and the cinnamon to the saucepan.
Add the corn starch and mix well!
Put to the medium heat and boil when it's turn to jelly.
When the syrup heats I clean the cherry.
Put the cherries to the syrup and let cool.
I pick up the butter earlier!I use when it's lukewarm!
I weight out the brown sugar...
...and the vanilla extract!
Put all together in the mixer and whip in the slowest speed.
I love the oatmeal!
Add to the butter mixture and mix!
Add the flour...
...and the baking powder!
When add the flour I'm not mix with mixer because the flour is fly to everywhere! :)
I spray the cake pan.
I spread to the pan the half of the raw dough.
I put some syrup to another bowl because I like to use to serve.
I add the cherry mix.
I put another half of dough to the top, but I'm not spread!

 Preheat the oven 370°F and put the cake to 30 minutes! When it golden brown and crunchy it's good!

I served with the syrup! It's very fresh and delicious!
