Blueberry Crumb Muffins

Every time when I go to Sam's Club I see all of the cakes and cookies and. They looks amazing, the smell is wonderful every time. We aren't big muffin fans but when I find a fruity or chocolaty one I try it. I like this recipe, easy and very delicious!
Now the steps! :)

Ingredients:

2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter - room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar (when you like sweeter put 1 1/2 cup)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cup blueberries

Crumb Topping:

6 tablespoon unsalted butter - room temperature
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 375°F and put the muffin papers to the pan.
Mix the flour, the baking powder and the salt in a medium bowl.
Mix the sugar and the butter in a mixing bowl when it's fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at time!
Pour the milk.
Add the vanilla.
And finally add the dry ingredients and mix well. It"s a very thick muffin dough.
Mix the blueberries very gently to the dough, don't break!
Fill the cups 2/3 full.
Mix the crumb ingredients with a fork.
Add one spoon crumb every muffin.
Bake it for 30 minutes.
Check with a needle that is baked in the middle

Beef Stew with Potato - called "Pincepörkölt"

Some day before I bought a beautiful piece of beef and I hesitate what can I cook from that?! We love this meal. Very juicy and delicious one-course meal. You can eat with bread or pickles or both of them. This meal came from the Hungarian Goulash, but it doesn't contain carrot and noodles.
Somebody make with pork and bacon, somebody add wine or don't. A lot of version!
I hope you will try this amazing meal! 
Now the recipe.



 

 Ingredients:

2 lb beef (what part you like)
2 lb red potatoes (I'm not peeled the skin)
1 big red onion
2 medium head of tomato
2 green pepper
2 tablespoon home made garlic cream or 6 cloves of garlic
1,5 tablespoon powdered paprika
2 bay leafs
3 pinch black pepper
1 small pinch ground nutmeg
1 small pinch rosemary
Red wine -about 3-5 dl- I use Cabernet Sauvignon

I prepare every ingredients - wash, cut.
I search every spice.
In a big pot I start to fry the onion with olive oil.
Add the meat and fry together to 2-3 minutes.
Put the spices. I wrote the portions what I always use.
Now add the veggies and the garlic cream.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Add water what cover the meat. Cover the pot and cook minimum 2 hours long.
Before the meat is ready add the potato, some water, cover it and cook for about 30 minutes. Please check it. When the potato and the meat is soft it's good.
This point we add the wine. Little amount at time, please taste the meal. Cook more few minutes.
I serve with veggies what I put in the stew.
