Breaded Chicken in 'Borzas' Style with Fries

Ingredients:

1 big chicken breast
Salt
3 spoon Sour Cream

Spices:

Salt, Black Pepper, Granulated Garlic

To the breadcrumbs:

-Flour
-Egg
-Breadcrumb

Fries
Oil

I wash the breast and I cut 1 big slice.
Sprinkle with some salt and I make the layers.
1.) I turn into the flour
2.) Turn into the beaten egg
3.) Turn into the breadcrumbs

Fry in a lot of hot oil when it's gold brown!

Mix the sour cream with garlic, pepper and salt!

Cover the meat with sour cream mixture an sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

I serve with fries.
