Fruit Bread (Hungarian name)

Fruitcake (or fruit cake) is a cake made with chopped candied fruit and/or dried fruit, nuts, and spices, and (optionally) soaked in spirits. A cake that simply has fruit in it as an ingredient can also be colloquially called a fruit cake. In the United Kingdom, certain rich versions may be iced and decorated. Fruit cakes soon proliferated all over Europe. Recipes varied greatly in different countries throughout the ages, depending on the available ingredients as well as (in some instances) church regulations forbidding the use of butter, regarding the observance of fast.
Typical American fruit cakes are rich in fruit and nuts. Most American mass-produced fruit cakes are alcohol-free, but traditional recipes are saturated with liqueurs or brandy and covered in powdered sugar, both of which prevent mold. Brandy (or wine) soaked linens can be used to store the fruit cakes, and some people feel that fruit cakes improve with age.

It's a very simple and easy cake. This recipe is my own recipe, I hope you will like it! :)
I made in a Muffin Pan too, and it's absolutely easy way to make this recipe!

 Ingredients:

 1,5 cup Flour
1 cup granulated Sugar
1 cup Sour Cream
0,5 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
 1 teaspoon Rum Extract
2 eggs
1/3-1/3 cups Maraschino Cherries - I use green and red
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
I cut the cherries in little squares!
I put every ingredients in a big bowl and mix together very well!
Put the cherries, the raisins and the chocolate and mix.
I spray the pan with baking spray and I put the dollop.
I preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the bread to 40-50 minutes. You can check with toothpick.

This is the origin recipe in the bread pan. Very delicious!
